About You and The Role As a Bartender at The Newman, you will: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks with consistency and flair Engage guests with confidence, warmth, and a sense of funwhether at the bar or table-side Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and well-organised bar at all times Confidently make recommendations, upsell thoughtfully, and answer questions on ingredients and pairings Ideally have experience using Micros Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays With more hotels in the pipeline, this is an exciting time to join a growing hospitality brand where your career can flourish.
