Opened in 2012, we specialise in handmade dim sum, modern Asian cuisine, and theatrical cocktails served from our impressive 6-metre-long bar. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender to assist with our bar operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Role As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bar, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and compliance at all times. You will play a key role in supporting the restaurants overall atmosphere and reputation. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations and service standards Be a key player in your team Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment Control stock levels, help ordering, and wastage Maintain licensing, health & safety, and hygiene compliance Develop and maintain with the Bar Manager our drinks, cocktail, and wine menu About You Proven experience as a bartender Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of drinks, service standards, and licensing laws Well-organised with good attention to detail Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Experience in a busy notable restaurant environment (ideally with cocktails and wine focus) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience) We guarantee the best package and will pay more for the right candidate FULL TIME 40 hours per week , 5 days on / 2 days off (consistent rota) Typical shift patterns include a mix of lunch and evening services to cover our opening hours (daily from midday to late, with busier evening and weekend shifts) Share of tips/service charge Complimentary Staff dinner on shift and generous staff discounts when not 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme Uniform provided Ongoing training and development opportunities 6-month probation period Immediate start available (ASAP) A stable, well-established and serious independent business Supportive management and a friendly, close-knit team Real opportunity to make an impact and grow with us How to Apply To apply, please email your CV with a brief cover note outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
