We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender , to join our Great Central Pub by Matt Fletcher on an permanent basis , with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Bartender , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving. To organise and assist with all mise en place, cleaning and service in the Outlet. To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period. To take complete ownership and responsibility of running of the bar in the Outlet for each meal period. To assist all colleagues with table service as and when required. To perform any other duties as requested by Outlets Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guest receive efficient service.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
