Bartender - George

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team of our fantastic private members club, George - part of The Birley Clubs .

George is a contemporary private members club in the heart of Mayfair. Set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socialising.

As Bartender you will have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our members. You will be passionate about developing your food, wine and cocktail knowledge to ensure that we are always striving to improve the service we deliver.

We are ideally looking for candidates who: Have previous experience as a Bartender working within a high profile, destination bar or private members club Are passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to our Members Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our Members and restaurant management team Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
