We are working with a London law firm, who are specialists in Private Clients, and have some fantastic historic clients that they have worked since they were founded. The firm is heading in a new strategic direction, they are seeking a new BD Manager, to focus on their Real Estate, Corporate and Litigtion growth

\n\n

 

\n\n

 

\n\n

 

\n\n

The role will work alongside the BD Manager for Private Wealth, and a BD Executive, and there is also support across marketing and comms in the team. It’s a nice team, with great retention and a solid work life balance.

The BD Manager will:

\n\n

 

\n\n

\n\t
• Provide strategic BD advice for the groups; Identify client growth opportunities and encourage cross selling; Grow intermediary and referral relationships; Deliver BD coaching and encourage best practice; Produce high quality directory submissions; Lead on pitches with fee earners; Work with the marketing team on events and campaigns.

The firm is looking for a credible BD professional who can drive change. Ideally, you will have experience within legal or comparable professional services. Experience of targeting the Real Estate sector or working in a similar transactional practice would be highly beneficial.
