CRM / BD Manager - Salesforce Expertise Needed
Hybrid (3 days/week in Mayfair) | Up to £60k

We're hiring for a newly created role with a high-impact mentoring firm in Mayfair - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments and enjoys variety.

This role blends Salesforce ownership, BD/sales support, and client lifecycle management, with exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.

You'll:
✔️ Own and optimise Salesforce (data, reporting, integrations, training)
✔️ Support the full client lifecycle (onboarding → billing)
✔️ Provide sales and BD support across the team
✔️ Partner on strategic and operational improvement projects

You'll bring:

* 3+ years in consulting, exec search, or professional services (or the potential to step up)
* Strong Salesforce and process skills
* Commercial thinking, collaboration, and a sleeves-up attitude
