The Role - Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2 who display challenging behaviour. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils regulate their emotions, improve behaviour, and engage positively in learning. the ideal candidate will act as a strong role model, promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience. You will work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to implement behaviour plans and targeted interventions. Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs is essential.
