The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-18 with social, emotional and mental health needs and associated behavioural challenges. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, implementing behaviour support plans and promoting emotional regulation strategies to help pupils re-engage with learning. The role involves building positive relationships, supporting conflict resolution, reinforcing boundaries and contributing to a structured, calm and consistent learning environment.
The School - Behaviour Mentor
This specialist provision is located in the London Borough of Hackney and is within walking distance of a nearby London Overground station. The school supports pupils with additional needs, including SEMH and behavioural difficulties, and focuses on personalised support, restorative approaches and reintegration pathways. The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2025.
