The Role
Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide focused 1:1 support to KS2 pupils who require behavioural needs. You will work closely with class teachers and senior staff to implement effective strategies that promote positive behaviour and engagement. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to build strong relationships and support pupils to make progress in their learning and develop good habits. Creating a structured and supportive environment will be key to helping pupils, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Prior experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is preferred.
