Do you have experience supporting children or young adults with challenging behaviour?
Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside our client secondary school in Bury who are looking to recruit a behavioural support specialist to start from September 2026.
£(Apply online only) per month, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications. Paid weekly via PAYE. September 2026 start. Full time, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm. Our client school require a resilient and pro-active individual who is dedicated to improving learning outcomes for students who find mainstream education challenging. You will be resilient, caring and be able to build rapport with students which enables you to effectively assist the student with everyday school routine. Previous experience with children identified as displaying challenging behaviour will be beneficial to your application.
Role responsibilities:
Work one-to-one with students who require additional support in the school setting. You will provide in-classroom support, as well as working within the inclusion centre to support the students. Implementing effective behaviour management strategies. Help to integrate students into school routine.
