Role: Behaviour Support Location: Islington Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4pm) Salary: £650 a week Start date: September 2025
Horizon Teachers are seeking a Behaviour Support assistant to support in the running of internal suspensions, supporting pupils to reintegrate effectively back into learning. You will also be required to deliver interventions and reflections with pupils and will work under the Lead Behaviour Manager to support all pupils to access their learning.
About you: You will have excellent interpersonal skills, always adopting a calm and professional approach. You will be able to successfully communicate with young people in a way that seeks to understand, identify barriers and adopt solutions that enable students to be successful at school
Key responsibilities: To develop strong relationships with pupils and their families and staff tat enable behaviour management protocols to be upheld to the highest standards.
