Starting salary £26,000 (Pro Rata) plus Travel Expenses The Role: Our company is searching for a Behavioural Change Advisor who can monitor Waste Stream disposal to ensure that the proper managed processes are being used. The advisor will be responsible for promptly identifying instances of Non Compliance and communicating these Non Compliances to those responsible persons whilst offering guidance & training to ensure Compliance is achieved. About the company: Sust-N is a business focused on delivering Sustainable Waste Control solutions for clients. Many organisations generate waste streams that are very expensive and uneconomical to dispose of due to the Hazardous or Offensive nature of that particular waste type such as Clinical, Pharmaceutical, Anatomical or Cytotoxic Waste. The Sust-N Behavioural Change Team works closely with the Client to ensure they are following their Waste Policy and the HTM 07 01; and segregating and disposing of their waste correctly at source. This is achieved through auditing, observing behaviours, providing feedback, training, reporting and data analysis. Sust-N’s philosophy is that it will provide a compliant, safe and environmentally friendly service to all of our Clients. We generally have our process operations situated on NHS service provider properties so it is essential that we not only adhere to our own policies but also embrace all Client policies as they relate to our daily operations Sust-N operates in an extremely competitive market place.
