They manufacturer and fit out Hotels with bespoke furniture for clients such as Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza. As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will be responsible for the hand assembly and finishing of high-quality, custom-made furniture. You will work from detailed drawings, using a range of traditional and modern techniques to produce pieces that meet our exacting standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bench hand joiner (preferably within a bespoke or high-end manufacturing environment) Proficient in reading technical drawings and working independently Skilled in using a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced workshop environment Desirable Skills Experience with hardwoods and veneered boards Knowledge of cabinet-making techniques Finishing, sanding, or polishing experience INDLS
