Your expertise will ensure that every product, (bikes will make up around 85% of your work), is serviced and repaired to the highest standard, performing like new for longer. Your core responsibilities will include: In-depth Diagnosis: Identifying technical faults on customer products with precision and recommending the most appropriate solution to the customer.
