Bid Executive

The Role:

Join our agile, growing team as a Bid Executive and support the delivery of high-quality bids and proposals. You’ll assist in developing client-focused submissions, contribute to bid strategy, and work alongside a talented, multi-disciplinary team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in bid management, with clear progression pathways towards a Senior Bid Manager role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of bids and proposals from planning through to submission.
  • Assist in shaping win strategies, storyboards, and client-focused content.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and refine content for clarity and impact.
  • Help manage timelines, bid quality, compliance, and governance processes.
  • Contribute to the development of bid tools, templates, and sector collateral.
  • Support lessons learned sessions and help share best practice across the team.


Qualifications:

  • Some experience in bid or proposal support within the built environment or professional services sectors.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Good editorial and writing skills, able to turn technical input into clear, client-focused content.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; InDesign is a plus.
  • Awareness of APMP best practices is desirable but not essential.
