About the role of Bid Manager - National Frameworks You will manage Framework bids for key construction clients, including Central Government, regional, and commercial customers.
The role involves pre-engagement, bid management, contract execution, and developing winning strategies.
You'll work closely with regional teams and multi-disciplinary consultants to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions for major projects.
Responsibilities for Bid Manager - National Frameworks * Manage the full life-cycle of bids: pre-tender preparation, SQ, ITT, clarifications, and contract execution * Develop and manage bid plans, trackers, responsibility matrices, and governance processes * Draft prequalification and tender submissions, coordinating technical input and bid reviews * Coordinate bid strategy workshops and liaise with external consultants as required * Prepare presentations, high-quality graphics, and submission documents for clients * Maintain standard document libraries and contribute to best practice in bid management * Develop Framework networks and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders * Prepare papers and supportive information for Tender Settlement and internal governance gateways Requirements for Bid Manager - National Frameworks * Currently or previously employed by a Tier 1 Construction Contractor * Experience as a Bid Manager with a proven track record on National Frameworks (DfE CF21/CF25, P23, CCS) * Experience bidding for major projects valued at £100m at a national level * Strong framework tender knowledge and bid writing experience * Excellent communication skills for liaising with regional teams and specialist stakeholders * Flexibility to work extended hours during tender periods The client is one of Europe's largest construction companies, delivering vital infrastructure and high-quality buildings. xehkeey
