  • Supporting document control, version management and submission readiness checks

Continuous Improvement

  • Capturing lessons learned following submissions and contributing to improvements
  • Supporting the development of bid templates, tools and a bid library
  • Conducting regular opportunity sweeps of tender portals such as Find a Tender

About You

This role will suit someone who enjoys writing, structure and working to deadlines. You will be organised, proactive, and confident working with a range of stakeholders across a fast-paced organisation.

You will bring:

  • Experience in bid writing, tender writing, proposal writing or similar commercial writing roles
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce high quality, compelling submissions
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail and a compliance focused mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams

Experience within healthcare, public sector, justice, social care or other regulated environments is highly desirable, along with familiarity with procurement portals and commissioner led tendering.

Why Join RCI Group?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with purpose, where your work directly supports the delivery of vital services across the UK.
