Overview

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven, and forward-thinking Paid Social Manager to join our growing digital team on one of our new pitch wins. This is an opportunity to manage high-profile paid social campaigns for one of the most recognizable brands in the world.

You’ll lead on Paid Social strategy and activation, owning performance oversight and stakeholder communication. You’ll manage a team of paid social specialists, helping them develop and execute best-in-class campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep platform expertise with a passion for innovation and enjoys building strong internal and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience across either Paid Social including planning, strategy, and execution.

  • Proven platform knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, and/or Snapchat.

  • A passion for innovation willing to push the limits of Paid Social and the wider digital plan.

  • Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage large budgets and develop clear and simple finance process.

  • Confident presentation and communication skills.
