Job Description We are seeking a proven leader in contract recruitment to take charge of a dedicated billing team. This is a senior opportunity for someone who has already demonstrated success in managing recruiters and driving performance across specialist markets.

The role:
Lead and inspire a small team of recruiters, ensuring delivery against ambitious targets
Oversee contract recruitment activity across sectors such as data centres, advanced technology, energy, and life sciences
Shape processes, strategy, and client engagement to maximise results
Act as a key figure in the business, balancing hands-on recruitment with leadership responsibilities

What we’re looking for:
A proven track record in contract recruitment , ideally within sectors such as data centres, advanced technology, energy, or life sciences
A strong track record in contract recruitment leadership
Experience managing and developing recruiters in a billing environment
Commercial acumen and the ability to drive growth in competitive markets
Confidence, resilience, and the ability to set clear direction
