Criterion Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-driven BIM Technician (MEP) to join our technical delivery team in London. If you thrive in a collaborative BIM environment and take pride in producing accurate, well-coordinated models, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality BIM models and drawings across mechanical, electrical, and public health services, working closely with engineers and design teams on a diverse range of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining MEP BIM models using Revit
• Producing coordinated 2D and 3D drawings across MEP disciplines
• Coordinating models and supporting clash detection (e.g. Navisworks)
• Implementing design intent alongside engineers and designers
• Managing model updates across all project stages
• Ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards
• Supporting BIM Execution Plans and project workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a BIM Technician (MEP) or similar
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
• Solid understanding of MEP building services systems
• Experience producing coordinated models and technical drawings
• Familiarity with BIM standards and common data environments
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360
• Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows
• Understanding of ISO 19650 processes
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering
