BMS Commissioning Engineer | Essex / London | Full Time, 42.5 hours per week | Up to £450 per day (DOE) Our client, a Building Management System (BMS) specialist, is currently seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their team. With a strong reputation in the industry, they deliver high-quality BMS solutions across a range of complex and high-spec environments, including data centre projects. This is an opportunity to work on technically engaging projects that go beyond the typical day-to-day commissioning role, offering exposure to more advanced systems and long-term development. Are you the right person for the job? Experience with BMS / HVAC systems and control routines Experience with Tridium Niagara N4 Ability to read and interpret control panel wiring schematics and technical documentation Familiarity with integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or MBus Good communication skills and attention to detail Desirable: Tridium N4 certification BCIA training (e.g. BCM modules) ECS / CSCS cards Basic IT / networking knowledge We are open to: Junior to mid-level engineers (25 years experience)

Commission BMS systems and carry out software and graphics modifications Conduct functional system checks and point-to-point testing Support client demonstrations, training, and project handovers Maintain accurate commissioning documentation, including test sheets and snag lists Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to deliver projects successfully What can you expect in return?
