We are seeking two exceptional individuals to join our Board and help guide bdhtthrough an exciting periodas we continue to improve on our delivery of servicesto our customers.As a Board Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring we deliverhighqualityservices, strong governance, and real impact for our customers and communities.
WhatWereLooking For We welcome applications fromindividualswho share our values, bring fresh perspectives, and are passionate about making a meaningful difference.Weare seeking candidates with particularexperienceorexpertisein one or more of the following areas: IT & Cyber Security strategic oversight of digital transformation, data protection,cyber riskmanagement, and technological innovation. Finance strong financial literacy, audit, risk management, investment, or corporate financial leadership. Governanceexpertisein regulatory frameworks, compliance, organisational assurance, orboard levelgovernance. Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) shaping inclusive cultures, reducing inequality, and championing representation and accessibility. Customer Experience understanding customer insight, service design, complaints, engagement, andservice qualityoversight.
Ideally,youllhave had affordable housing experience before, either in a senior role in a housing association or development partner organisation or as a Board member. Just as important as anything else is your ability to process complex information, ask challenging questions, make strategic decisions and be an advocate for our customers, ensuring their voice has influence.?

Time Commitment & Remuneration You will be expected to attend regular Board and committee meetings, take part in strategic discussions, and contribute to shaping ourlong termdirection.
In terms of your time, there are 4 board meetings a year whichbdhtboard members are expected to attend and you will be a member of a committee which also meets 4 times a year.
In addition to this there are 2.5 strategic days a year, board training events and ad hoc working groups and task and finish groups. All meetings are in normal working hours?
Remuneration,induction, and ongoing training will be provided.
