• Conduct Panel, MET, and Paint repairs on accident-damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Utilise specialist body repair equipment and tools for precise work
• Support the wider team to ensure efficient repair processes and turnaround times
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent quality and efficiency

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with cross-disciplinary skills in Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, and MET repairs
• NVQ Level 3 or ATA qualifications preferred (not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills
