Were looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy and well-established branch in Manchester. This is a hands-on role with overall responsibility for operations, sales, HR, and profitability. Youll report directly to the directors and have the opportunity to make a real impact while driving growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, accounts, and field service teams Oversee P&L, ensuring profitable contracts and maintaining margins Allocate resources effectively, including out-of-hours workforce as needed Promote health & safety, quality, and environmental standards across the branch Recruit, train, and develop staff while monitoring performance and incentivising teams Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion Experience & Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Branch Manager or senior management role, ideally within industrial doors, engineering, or a related sector Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits: Competitive salary (£65k
