Location: Bristol, BS4 5NL
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic + up to £3,000 achievable commission
Hours: 40 hours per week | Rotad shifts between Monday to Friday (07:5519:15), Saturday (08:5518:15) & Sunday (09:5516:15)

What Youll Be Doing:
Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets
Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues
Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts
Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities
Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
Processing card and BACS payments, and supporting credit control
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Computer literate Microsoft Suite
Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends
Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)
