Branch Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead and develop an existing branch with an established company. This role is ideal for someone with proven branch and profit centre management experience who can drive performance, increase revenue, and build a high-performing team.
The Role
You will have full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the branch. Leading from the front, you will set clear direction, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering excellent service. This position is ideal for those wishing to take the next step in their career, having had a previous track record in sales development and management of a business.
Key Responsibilities:
Full accountability for branch performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
Drive a customer-focused culture and identify opportunities to grow existing and new business.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring standards, processes, and compliance.
