As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Storrington residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven Full UK driving licence
