Youll be leading and coaching your team whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly. Managing recruitment and retention of a high-quality team whilst highlighting good behaviours and tackling poor behaviours fairly and promptly. Staying up to date on all our products and services so youre always ready to share your knowledge and support with our customers and your team. Keeping things safe and sound in branch, especially when were opening and closing for the day. Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities. What were looking for: People management experienceincluding performance management and recruitment within a financial services industry. Someone who shows up every day with a positive, helpful, and supportive attitude and makes aheartfeltimpression on our customers. Someone with aninfectious team spiritwhos ready to collaborate and share ideas. Acustomer centricperson who holds a genuine interest in customers and their needs.
