Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Branch Support. This is a full-time, temporary position based in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard workweek Mon-Fri for a 3 month fixed-term contract. You will be paid up to £12.25 per hour.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

Acting as the first point of contact at the branch – answering calls, handling general enquiries and providing excellent customer service Managing phonelines and directing calls/emails to the appropriate team members Organising and maintaining the diary of appointments for the lettings team Co-ordinating key handover appointments, key collections, and assisting with regular key audits Sending out compliance-related documents for e-signature Updating the internal CRM system with applicant, landlord and tenant activity Contacting applicants, tenants and landlords by phone and email to gather/relay feedback or confirm appointments Relaying viewing feedback to landlords and recording updates accordingly Supporting the lettings team to ensure a smooth transition from let agreed through to tenancy progression and move-in Assisting with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support day-to-day branch operations
