Job Description

Project Scope & Duration: 6 months

Day Rate: 250-300 depending on experience

Location & Workplace Policy: Hybrid

IR35 Status: TBC


Key Responsibilities:

  • Winemaker Relations: Build strong relationships with winemakers across the UK, US, and Australia. Act as their main point of contact for updates, brand news, and marketing campaigns.
  • Storytelling & Content: Collaborate with winemakers to refine their brand identities and craft compelling creative briefs for campaigns and product launches.
  • Campaign Support: Feed into the marketing calendar, support winemaker-led campaigns, and ensure continuity of brand storytelling across channels.
  • Community Building: Help winemakers engage with our customer community through events, tastings, and content. Facilitate internal team connections with winemakers.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally in brand or marketing roles
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience running events and working across cultures and time zones
  • A talent for shaping creative briefs and coordinating cross-functional projects
  • A passion for people, storytelling, and of course - wine
