• Creates and serves elegant afternoon teas, showcasing craft, finesse, and a sense of occasion.
• Supports bespoke menus and tailored food experiences for exclusive‐use bookings, ensuring every event feels personal, special, and memorable.
• Works closely with the wider Gilpin culinary team to maintain consistency, quality, and a shared commitment to excellence.
• Champions local, seasonal produce and contributes ideas for new breakfast dishes, afternoon tea items, and guest experiences.
