Creates and serves elegant afternoon teas, showcasing craft, finesse, and a sense of occasion.
Supports bespoke menus and tailored food experiences for exclusive‑use bookings, ensuring every event feels personal, special, and memorable.
Works closely with the wider Gilpin culinary team to maintain consistency, quality, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Champions local, seasonal produce and contributes ideas for new breakfast dishes, afternoon tea items, and guest experiences.
