You should be confident running your own section, working effectively as part of a fast-paced team, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report directly to theExecutive Head Chef. Key Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef: Day to day running and cooking of the breakfast service. Assisting other sections when required. Maintaining high health and safety standards. Assisting with cost and stock control when required. Keeping the freezer list up to date. Checking deliveries. What are we looking for? Experience in preparing and serving breakfast. Excellent timekeeping and early morning availability. Ability to work independently. Strong organisational and prep skills. Consistency in food quality and presentation. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to manage multiple orders quickly and efficiently. Good communication with front-of-house staff.
