We are looking for a passionate, talented and hard-working Breakfast Chef to join Josephine restaurants; our new, exciting Parisian brasserie in the heart of Marylebone! You will be an asset to the kitchen team, assisting in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations and working under the supervision of our Head Chef. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role. A determination to learn and the ambition to progress and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality cuisine. Your normal working week would be approximately 40 hours over 5 days starting at 6am.
