Your Role: Start the Day the Welbeck Way We believe an unforgettable hotel stay begins with an exceptional breakfastand that starts with you . As our Breakfast Manager , you will: Lead from the front: Inspire, train, and manage a team to deliver warm, professional, and proactive service from early morning through to late breakfast. Deliver standout service: Ensure seamless daily breakfast operations, from buffet setup to la carte service, while consistently exceeding guest expectations. Drive performance: Upsell menu items, encourage guest feedback, and continuously look for ways to improve both revenue and satisfaction. Maintain standards: Be present on the floor, spot issues before they happen, and make sure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent guest experience. Support operations: Handle guest queries and payments confidently and efficiently, and ensure smooth service even during peak times. What Were Looking For To thrive in this role, youll bring: Hospitality experience with proven team leadership in a similar role (e.g., Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager, ideally in a hotel environment). A genuine passion for customer service and a flair for creating special moments through hospitality. Excellent communication skills , both with guests and your team. The ability to stay calm under pressure , multitask and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
