EXPERIENCED BRUNCH CHEF : NO EVENING HOURS CAFE TRADING HOURS : MON - SUN 7am - 4pm. 45-50 hours DUTIES : Breakfast and light brunch cooking , preparing high quality dishes.

MENU PREP : Cooking and plating food items to a consistant level with attention to detail.

TEAMWORK : Communicating with the team and other staff members.

FOOD SAFETY : Ensuring kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are cleaned according to health and safety regulations.

STOCK MANAGEMENT : Monitoring portion control, food waste, and ordering inventory.

PREP : Assisting and helping other kitchen cooks where necessary.

Ability to work unsupervised, manage time effectively, and work under pressure. Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
