Building Control Inspector We're looking for a Building Control Inspector to join our growing team and help deliver safe, compliant, and sustainable construction projects across the North of England including: Yorkshire, the North West, and the East and West Midlands. Occasional travel towards London and surrounding. Location: Nationwide (with regional travel) Salary: £50,000+ (with increases based on UK Register rank) Benefits: 10% car allowance Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Standard working hours of 9am - 5:30pm *Working for a well known name in the industry
What You'll Do
Carry out building control functions: plan checks, site inspections, statutory consultations Support external contracts and growth projects Make decisions under Building Regulations and the new Building Safety Regime Liaise with partner agencies and promote our services
What You'll Need
UK Register of Building Inspectors rank of 2A or higher Experience in building control, surveying, or project management Strong knowledge of building legislation and IT systems
