Building Control Manager

Contract Length: 6-12 months'

Rate: DoE

Location: Midlands

The position would only be open to a registered Class 2A-F Inspector, that also held the Class 4 registration. The applicant would also need to have worked at a Local Authority and be familiar with the below:

• BSR KPI requirements
• A Quality Management system including BSi audits.
• Enforcement procedures
• Reversions
• Dangerous structures
