Carrying out site inspections and plan checks across a varied portfolio Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, guidance, and industry standards Managing a regional caseload at different stages of the build process Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Providing high-quality, customer-focused advice throughout each project What Were Looking For

Ideally

BSR registration Class 2AF

for plan checking and site inspection, or

2ABD

with a desire to progress (2A also considered) Strong working knowledge of legislation, technical guidance, and the
