My client within the South-West of England has reached out to me for a Building Safety & Compliance Manager for a 6 month assignment. You will be needed to be reactionary to emergency cases and within a suitable distance of the properties. Please see further details below. An Ideal profile will: Experience as a Building Safety Manager, with good knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022. Reviewing FRA reports, structural risk assessments, and building safety cases. Ability to ensure statutory compliance across the estate through site audits, reviews, and reporting.
