Location South Yorkshire (Local Authority) The Role You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of residential buildings, with a strong focus on the development and maintenance of Building Safety Case Reports and the effective management of the Golden Thread of information. Key Responsibilities

Lead on the preparation and review of Building Safety Case Reports Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and associated regulations Oversee fire and building safety compliance across HRBs Manage and maintain accurate safety data and documentation Work closely with internal teams, residents, and external stakeholders Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement of safety processes

Requirements

Proven experience in a Building Safety Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of HRB compliance and current legislation Experience producing Building Safety Case Reports Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
