A well established and growing building consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor, either Newly Qualified or progressing towards MRICS. The business has a strong presence in London and continues to grow steadily on the back of repeat client work and ongoing project success. This opportunity suits a project focused Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment, with a clear pathway to Senior level and beyond. The Role Based from a Liverpool Street office, you will work across a diverse range of projects within the Residential, Commercial and Education sectors. The role offers genuine responsibility and exposure, with the ability to run projects independently while receiving support where needed. Key responsibilities include: Contract Administration Project Management Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications Tender documentation and tender submissions Condition Surveys and reporting Broader professional Building Surveying duties The consultancy prides itself on offering varied and interesting work, ensuring strong technical development and client exposure. What Theyre Looking For A Building Surveyor with consultancy (ideally) or client side experience Either MRICS or actively working towards chartership Capable of running projects, with support available on some elements if required Experience within Residential, Commercial or Education sectors (ideal but not essential) Experience in Contract Administration, Specifications and Schedules of Work Ambitious and keen to progress to Senior level and beyond Whats in It for You Salary up to £60k DOE Competitive package including bonus Clear and structured career progression pathway Full APC support for non chartered surveyors Excellent variety of projects across multiple sectors Hybrid working
