- TheLifecycleSurveyor,willbereportingto,andsupportedbytheLifecycleManager, todeliveralargewide-rangingprogrammeofworksonourPFISchoolsContract.
- TheSurveyorsmainobjectiveswillbetosupporttheLifecycleteam,maximiseprojectprofitability,minimiseprojectrisk,andensurecontractualobligationsaremet.

TheLifecycleTeamispartoftheDalkiaFacilitiesManagementbusinessunit.Thisrole,supportedbytheLifecycleTeam,willgainvaluableexperienceforsurveyorcareerprogressioninmanycompetencies.

- VarietyofWork:
- InternalRefurbishment(e.g.flooring,decoration,joinery,fixtures&fittings,equipmentetc.)
- ExternalWorks(e.g.civils,landscaping,sportsgrounds,roofing,doors,windowsetc.)
- Mechanical&Electricalbuildingservices
- Fire&SecuritySystems
- TheSurveyorisexpectedtohaveahighstandardofcommunicationandITskills,withaprofessionalattitude,initiativeandmotivationtolearn.

- Undertakingbuilding(fabricand/orservices)conditionsurveys
- Undertakingdefectorreactiveunplanneddiagnosisinspections
- Instructingandmanagingconditionsurveysand/orreactiveunplannedinspections.
- PreparingReports/SchedulesofCondition
- AssistingtheLifecycleTeamwith:
- producingtheConditionSurveyFiles(Excelformat)
- producingandupdatingtheLifecyclePlanning&ProgressFiles(Excelformat)
- keepingallrelevantProgramme&Trackerfilesuptodate(Excel&MSProjectformat)
- IssuingWorksInformationtoContractorsforpricing
- Preparationofbudgetcostingsforproposedprojects
- Projectcostmanagement&administration
- Preparing,manageanddeliverthesupplychaintenderprocessincludinganynecessarydocuments&schedulesofwork
