Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor: Conduct building surveys, inspections, and condition reports on complex, listed, and characterful buildings. Contribute to end-to-end project delivery - from writing specs and tender documents to managing works on site. Lead site meetings, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed. Help administer contracts (JCT and other forms), including valuations, variations, and final accounts. Ensure all work meets high standards in compliance, H&S, and conservation best practice.
