We're working with a well-established, design-focused consultancy that's growing its Building Surveying team in Cardiff. If you're MRICS or working towards Chartership and looking for a role where you'll be part of a company that truly puts its people first, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

You'll be involved in a variety of professional and project-led services across multiple sectors, such as:

Healthcare
Commercial - Hotels, Office & Workplace, Retail & Leisure
Infrastructure
Living - Later Living, Residential, Student Living
Education - Schools, Colleges, Universities
Technology & Innovation

From conducting condition and defect surveys to managing refurbishment projects up to 2m under JCT and NEC contracts, you'll get a mix of responsibilities. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but you'll also be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values supporting each other.

What We're Looking For

Ideally 2-3 years' post-degree experience
Chartered (MRICS) or working towards Chartership
Strong project and client-facing experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
Ambitious and willing to learn

What's on Offer

Salary from 40,000 to 55,000 (depending on experience and Chartership)
Hybrid working with core hours (10am-3pm)
