Bus Depot Service Assistant
to play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our fleet clean, safe, and ready for servicehelping thousands of passengers get where they need to go every day. What Youll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of depot and vehicle-related tasks, including: Fuelling and oiling
buses and coaches
Safely
shunting
vehicles around the depot and parking them correctly
Interior and exterior cleaning
of vehicles, including deep cleans and under-chassis washes
Keeping depot areas, including washrooms,
tidy and hygienic
Supporting
vehicle changeovers
and providing
breakdown assistance
Collecting or delivering vehicles and parts when required
Logging fuel and oil usage and carrying out daily equipment checks
Working closely with colleagues to support smooth, safe depot operations
What Were Looking For
A
PCV licence
(essential)
A positive, can-do attitude and pride in high-quality work
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness
Good communication skills and a team-based approach
Willingness to learn
