Our client, a growing business undergoing a major ERP transformation, is seeking a hands-on Finance Business Systems Analyst to join their ERP project team. The Role

Analyse, document, and improve finance processes (AP, AR, GL, month-end, journals, reporting). Capture and prioritise business requirements and support gap analysis. Collaborate with the ERP vendor to design future-state processes aligned to best practice. Support testing, training, and change impact activities. Prepare clear documentation, process maps, SOPs, and RACI charts.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or finance system projects (preferably Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or Sage). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to leverage limited SME time effectively.
