Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst – London Market | Process Design | Claims

Our sister company Stellarmann is partnering with a well-established London Market on a major claims transformation programme, picking up a well‑progressed first phase and driving the next wave of delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

\n Finalising phase‑one requirements \n

Designing the To Be operating model for claims \n

Using workflow orchestration tools to build new processes \n

Delivering a new UI layer on top of the PAS to streamline data entry for the claims team \n

Must haves:

\n Strong London Market background \n

Excellent process design skills + all‑round BA capability \n

Confident stakeholder engagement \n

Resilient, quick to pick things up, thrives in a fast‑paced environment \n

Nice to haves:

\n Experience in claims projects \n

MUNDA (or equivalent workflow tooling) \n
