Role Summary

Awakn is seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with 0-1 years of experience who want to develop their business analysis skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyse data and provide insights.
  • Help identify business challenges and work on developing efficient solutions.
  • Assist in process mapping and business process analysis.
  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a business analysis or related role (internships or academic projects can be considered).
  • A degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both remote and in-office days.


Compensation & Benefits

Pay: £25,000 - £28,000 per year.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid role, based in London (with flexible remote work options).
