Responsibilities

    \n\t
  • Build and deliver insightful reporting and dashboards across financial, operational, and delivery metrics.
  • \n\t
  • Analyse project performance, utilisation, margin, revenue, and cost drivers to provide actionable commercial insight.
  • \n\t
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
  • \n\t
  • Partner with finance and leadership teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • \n\t
  • Own and enhance reporting and workflows across Xero (accounting) and Kimble (project & resource management).
  • \n\t
  • Identify inefficiencies, design smarter processes, and implement automation where possible.
  • \n\t
  • Act as the bridge between finance, delivery, and tech teams to ensure systems are optimised and fully utilised.
  • \n\t
  • Proactively explore opportunities to embed AI and automation into reporting, forecasting, and business operations.
  • \n\t
  • Build smarter data models, automated workflows, and predictive insights to support faster, better decision-making.
  • \n\t
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and data-led thinking across the organisation.
  • \n\t
  • Communicate complex data clearly and commercially to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • \n\t
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, project managers, finance teams, and technical specialists.
  • \n\t
  • Translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.
  • \n

Requirements

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Around 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar role.
  • \n\t
  • Part qualified in either the ACCA or CIMA
  • \n\t
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into meaningful commercial insight.
  • \n\t
  • Naturally curious, innovative, and motivated by enhancing systems, processes, and performance.
  • \n\t
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • \n\t
  • Outstanding communication skills — able to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively
